Tablet is on and vcmi is on green like seem prefect and connection established

Now going to diagnostic icon auto scan not work to all vehicle so i use new option scan the vin  ok 

First issue when if am in vehicle number and done scan now i try to move to second vehicle when i try to read vin it ask me to manual entering the vin  and when i do so it does not work only solution is to reboot one or two times both tablet and vcmi . 

Second issue related to oscilloscope usage duration the longer  am oscilloscope the vcmi get heat up well so far i did only two test repeated one is can test and second throttle body position sensor and ofc i fellow the procedure and i grounded both channel  however the vcmi heat up (overheat) when using obd icon or oscilloscope icon i still not try wavegenerator or multimeter

Third issue i cant create email i have to enter browser in order to send mail

Please any help suggestions etc

Device purchased last month from approved dealership
